Highlight your association’s give back campaign at your next convention.
When your association participates, we set up a campaign to raise funds for one or more charities local to your convention’s host city. Leading up to the convention, we provide your association with materials you can use to encourage members to make corporate and/or personal charitable donations in honor of your members, your association, and your convention host city.
We take care of all the details:
- Your association receives a personalized fundraising campaign webpage to collect donations for the selected charities in the convention host city.
- We provide your association with fundraising campaign collateral materials such as press releases, descriptions of your selected charities, convention scripts for your presiding officer and more.
- We process donations and disseminate the proceeds to the charities at the conclusion of your campaign. Leading up to your convention, we send you ongoing updates about totals raised.
- Each donor automatically receives a receipt acknowledging the donation as tax exempt to the full extent allowed by law.
- We work with your association to publicize your campaign results in trade publications and on social networks. Donations of $1,000 or more qualify the donor for special recognition at the association’s convention and on AGB social media platforms.
- We spread the word about our collaboration and success. We promote Associations Give Back campaigns and the unique local charities and projects being supported.
